Live betting at PariPulse

How in-play betting works, what Multi-LIVE does, and how to keep live betting under control when the odds change by the second.

Quick answer

Live betting lets you bet on a match that has already started. The odds update with the score and the clock, so the price can change between choosing a bet and confirming it. Open the Live section to see every match in play, or Multi-LIVE to follow several at once.

How live betting works

Before kick-off, odds reflect what bookmakers expect to happen. Once the match starts, they reflect what is happening: a goal, a red card, a break of serve or a timeout all move the price. A team that was 2.20 to win before the match might be 1.40 after scoring first, or 5.00 after conceding.

  1. Open Live and pick a sport, or use the search to find a match.
  2. Check the score and match time shown next to the event.
  3. Tap the odds you want to add them to the bet slip.
  4. Enter your stake and confirm. If the odds changed in the meantime, the bet slip shows the new price before you accept.

In-play odds

The live line shows the current score and period next to every market: the set and game score in tennis, the minute in football, the quarter in basketball. Some markets close briefly during dangerous moments, such as a penalty, and reopen with new odds once play settles.

The most-bet live sports are football, tennis, basketball and table tennis, where scores change often enough to keep the markets moving.

Live betting by sport

Live football

Football odds move most after goals and red cards, and drift slowly as time passes without a goal: an over 2.5 goals price gets longer every minute the score stays 0–0. Markets often pause for a few seconds around penalties and VAR checks.

Live tennis

Tennis is built for live betting: the match is split into points, games and sets, and the odds swing with every break of serve. The live line shows the set score and the current game, for example 1–0 in sets and 3–1 in games.

Live basketball

With a basket every few possessions, basketball odds update constantly. Live totals and handicaps are adjusted through the game, and markets include overtime.

Live table tennis and esports

Short matches and frequent scoring make table tennis and esports two of the busiest live markets, with new events starting throughout the day.

Multi-LIVE

Multi-LIVE puts several live events on one screen, each with its own score and markets. It's built for following more than one match at a time, for example several Champions League games played at the same hour, without switching pages.

Live Accumulator of the Day

Alongside the pre-match pick, PariPulse publishes a Live Accumulator of the Day: a ready-made accumulator of matches already in play. As with the pre-match version, a ×1.1 PariPulse bonus is applied to the overall odds. Every selection has to win, and because the matches are live, the odds on the suggestion can change before you add it to the bet slip. The accumulator example shows how the bonus is calculated.

Results and statistics

The Results section lists final scores for settled events, and match statistics give the background on teams and players before you bet. Results are a quick way to check how a bet should have settled; for how bets are accepted and settled in detail, see the Bet Acceptance Rules in the terms and policies.

Live betting and self-control

Live betting is fast, and fast betting makes it easy to chase a loss with another bet straight away. Decide your budget before the match starts, don't raise stakes to win back what you lost, and take a break if a session stops being fun. The Responsible Gambling and Self-Exclusion tools let you set limits or pause your account.

Live betting questions

Why did my live bet get rejected?

Usually because the odds changed or the market closed for a moment while you were confirming. Check the new price on the bet slip and try again if you still want the bet.

Is there a bonus for live betting?

The Live Accumulator of the Day gets a ×1.1 boost on the overall odds if it wins, and live accumulators count towards the wagering of the first deposit bonus.

Can I watch matches while I bet?

The live line shows the score and match time for every event, and the Esports streams section lists events you can watch.

Can I combine live and pre-match selections?

You can usually add live and pre-match selections to the same accumulator. The bet slip shows if a combination isn't allowed.
