Rules every bonus shares

Each offer has its own terms, but these conditions appear in almost all of them, and they're the usual reason a bonus doesn't arrive:

• Complete your profile and activate your phone number. Bonuses are only credited once full name, phone, email and country are filled in.
• Opt in. Tick participation in bonus offers in My Account → Account Settings, and press "Take part" on offers that have the button.
• Handicap and total bets don't count towards wagering on most sports bonuses.
• Crypto deposits get no bonus. All bonus types are disabled for cryptocurrencies. See payment methods.
• One bonus per person, household and device, and identity checks (KYC) can be requested before a bonus is paid out.
• Withdrawing before depositing can cancel deposit bonuses such as Cash Monday and the Thursday Bonus.

How the promo code field works

The registration form includes a field labelled "Enter promo code (if you have one)". It's optional, and leaving it blank doesn't stop you from registering or claiming the welcome offers above.

1. Tap Registration and choose your sign-up method.
2. Type the code into the promo code field exactly as given, with no extra spaces.
3. Finish registration. The code must be in place before you tap Register; it can't usually be added afterwards.
4. Make your first deposit and check the bonus section of your account to confirm the offer is active.

Free-bet promo codes you earn later, for example from F1 Turbo Bet or your birthday, arrive in your account and are used from the Promo section.

Why a promo code doesn't work

• It was entered after registration. Most sign-up codes only apply during registration.
• A typo or an extra space. Retype it rather than pasting.
• It has expired. Free-bet codes have short lives: 72 hours for F1 Turbo Bet, 7 days for Keep Your Luck Going.
• You already have an account. Welcome offers are for new customers.
• It isn't a PariPulse Nigeria code. Codes for other countries or other brands won't work here.

If you're sure the code is valid and current, contact support through the help page channels before making further deposits.

Bonuses and responsible play

A bonus is a reason to read the terms, not a reason to deposit more than you planned. The worked examples on each bonus page show how much betting the wagering requires; if that's more than you'd bet anyway, skip the offer. If you notice yourself depositing to "unlock" a bonus or chase a loss, take a break and use the limits and self-exclusion tools in your account.
