What doesn't count
- Bets on handicaps and totals.
- Bets settled at 1.00, cancelled, sold or refunded bets, and Advancebets.
- Bets from a bonus account or placed with a promo code. Only real-money bets count, and all bets must be settled when the bonus is calculated.
