How Pay with Transfer works
- Log in, open the cashier and choose Pay with Transfer.
- Enter the amount. The cashier shows account details to transfer to.
- Send exactly that amount from your banking app, to those details, before they expire.
- The deposit appears once the transfer is confirmed. Keep your bank's transaction reference until it does.

A transfer for a different amount, or to expired details, is the most common reason a transfer deposit doesn't show up. Contact Customer Support with the reference if it happens.
